Understanding Burnout
We don’t start out burned out—we start out burning bright. Burnout is what happens when we ignore the warning lights on the dashboard of our inner life. This session walks you through the core framework:
STRESS
How pressure becomes burnout when it outpaces your perceived resources. Not all stress is bad—some fuels us. But left unchecked, it drains us.
SOURCES
Six key causes of burnout: Care-lessness, Conflict, Competency gaps, Control issues, Community breakdown, and Change fatigue.
SIGNS
Emotional, physical, and relational cues of burnout. (Numbness, cynicism, dread, disillusionment—sound familiar?)
